Who you’ll be working for

EWS Recruitment are recruiting a Project Engineer who has experience in greenfield and subdivision projects.  

Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement project plans for greenfield and subdivision projects.
• Provide technical expertise in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Ensure project compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the availability of resources and materials.
• Perform quality control assessments, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  Proven experience as a Project Engineer, specifically in greenfield and subdivision projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and requirements related to greenfield and subdivision projects is preferred.
