We’re now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Docklands team, stepping into a warm desk with active roles, repeat clients and a strong candidate network.

What you’ll be doing

• • Managing a busy Trades & Labour desk across construction and civil

  • Filling high-volume roles with speed and quality

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Sourcing, screening and placing blue-collar candidates

  • Managing site requirements, compliance and ongoing workforce needs

  • Growing your desk through consistent delivery and business development

• • Experience in recruitment (Trades & Labour / industrial highly regarded) OR a strong background in sales

  • Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Team player with a strong work ethic
