Pay rates vary depending on each job. The industry, role, site and time of day you work will all affect your pay rate. All pay rates are dictated by the Award for that industry.

Due to the nature of the industries we work in, work may fluctuate. All work is on a casual basis to begin with. Opportunities for full-time work can be available and will be heavily based on skills, performance, dedication and reliability. EWS Recruitment has been in the construction recruitment industry for more than a decade so we have built up a very broad base of clients looking for workers. In order to successfully complete your registration, you will need to bring:

• Superannuation Details
• Updated Resume

Registration should take no more than an hour. You will need to complete a Registration form and an interview with the recruitment team.
