Reward

$200 digital/electronic gift card, paid after two weeks of successful employment from start date Valid across all eligible trades and labour placement types (permanent, temporary or contract).

Who can refer

  • Any past or current EWS Recruitment candidate.
  • Any construction worker, whether or not they are currently registered with EWS Recruitment.
  • Current permanent, temporary or contract employees of EWS Recruitment are not eligible to participate.

Who you can refer

  • Anyone working in construction who is considering working with EWS Recruitment in Adelaide or Melbourne.
  • The referred candidate must not already be registered with EWS Recruitment Adelaide or Melbourne at the time of referral.
  • The referred candidate must be working in Australia, or eligible to work in Australia.

How to refer

  • Complete the referral form at the bottom of this page. This is the only valid way to submit a referral.
  • Referrals must be submitted before or at the time the referred candidate registers with EWS Recruitment. Referrals submitted after registration may not be valid.

How placements qualify

  • Only permanent, temporary or contract roles of at least 2 weeks’ duration are eligible.
  • “Placed” means the referred candidate has started work with the employer. The 2-week qualifying period is counted from their first day of employment.
  • The candidate must remain employed at the time the gift card is issued.

Other Terms

  • There is no limit to how many people you can refer.
  • This scheme is ongoing, with no end date, until withdrawn or amended by EWS Recruitment.
  • No monetary alternative is available.
  • EWS Recruitment reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of equivalent value at any time.
  • EWS Recruitment and its suppliers accept no responsibility for gift cards not successfully received due to technical fault, malfunction, or hardware/software/network/server failure of any kind.
  • EWS Recruitment and its suppliers have no liability for lost, stolen, or otherwise unusable digital or electronic gift cards once received by you.
  • EWS Recruitment is not responsible if the gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
  • Not all EWS Recruitment specialisms participate in this scheme; this campaign applies to Trades & Labour placements in Adelaide and Melbourne only.
  • EWS Recruitment’s decision on all matters relating to this scheme is final.
  • These scheme rules and the wider EWS Recruitment terms and conditions together constitute the entire agreement between the parties. In the event of a conflict, the terms and conditions shall prevail.
