Who you’ll be working for

You will be working with a rapidly growing plant and machinery hire company based in the north of Melbourne. Servicing small to large construction companies across all of Melbourne and Victoria, through providing best-in-class machinery and equipment.

The role

Join the team as an Account Manager specialising in the hire and sale of dry hire assets for construction projects. In this role, your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth through effective client management and strategic sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing hire and sales opportunities for dry hire assets, ensuring maximum utilization and profitability.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored equipment solutions.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of equipment.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-rental follow-up.

Skills and Experience
