Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Traffic Control personnel to join our civil construction team on a casual basis. The role involves managing traffic flow around construction sites using proper traffic control measures, ensuring safety for workers, motorists, and pedestrians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate as a traffic controller using stop/slow bat to manage vehicle flow safely.
• Set up, maintain, and remove traffic management plans in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust control measures as required to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with site supervisors, team members, and the public.
• Conduct site inspections and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Complete daily records, incident reports, and traffic control logs accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant traffic and occupational health and safety regulations.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Current Traffic Control Ticket / Certification.
• White Card (Construction Induction Card).
• Experience using stop/slow bat and implementing traffic management plans.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit and reliable.
• Previous experience in civil construction traffic control is preferred.
